RSA306B Trouble installing SignalVu

I am having some issues installing the update for SignalVu. While trying to install version 4.5.009, I got a pop-up claiming that it couldn't install SignalVu as it needed the "performance DPO 10.3.0". Can you help me troubleshoot this?

SignalVu version 4.5 has not been qualified for the RSA306B. SignalVu version 4.1 is the latest version for the RSA306B: https://www.tek.com/en/support/software/application/signalvupc-vector-signal-analysis-software--v410022. Try installing this software onto your computer and let me know if you have any issues.
