I am having some issues installing the update for SignalVu. While trying to install version 4.5.009, I got a pop-up claiming that it couldn't install SignalVu as it needed the "performance DPO 10.3.0". Can you help me troubleshoot this?

I'm trying to do a trigger recording event at a GHz sampling rate with my DPO7254 while doing data acquisition, but it's not functioning for some reason. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot as well as how to update to Windows 10?

Is the 'Trigger on Event' function is included with the 5 Series/MDO4000 or is it an add-on that must be purchased separately?

I have an MSO46 and MSO44 scope that I use at work. We got these scopes because of their many features, including the very large sample memory.

I have about 14 GB of waveform data stored that I would like to analyze on my PC. I have found that saving to flash drive takes forever and is not reliable. I have tried copying to flash drive overnight, however, this operation failed on the first file (overnight).

Is there a faster way to transfer data? Over ethernet or other interface? I am extremely frustrated, as I have no good way to analyze the data right now.

Is the TPA-BNC compatible with the MDO4054C/ADA400A?
