I work in Metrology and Calibration. I have to make time measurements with an O'scope and need to determine if my scope is 4X better than the measurement I'm making. Such as; if I'm measuring a pulse that has to have a width of 6 µs ± 0.5 µs, I need a scope that has an uncertainty ± 0.125 µs or less. I need to know how to make these types of determinations from the specs I've been given for the scope.

Looking for isolated input oscilloscope. 4ch. Seems there is not update/replacement to the TPS series? And there are only 2ch versions left available?
