RSA LiveVu2 doesn't work (DataVu-PC)

I am trying to use RSA LiveVu1 and RSA LiveVu2 but only RSA LiveVu1 is working. RSA LiveVu2 is greyed out and I cannot click on it.

Please ensure that the DVPC-MREC license is installed. This is required to useboth RSA LiveVu1 and 2
