• Sleeve for P6139B Passive Probe

I'm looking for the black sleeve/barrel that is under the probe hook (covers the probe barrel) for 500 MHz Passive Probes P6139B.

  • Best scope to perform bode plots

What scope allows you to perform bode plots quickly?

  • Replacement for TDS3052?

I need an oscilloscope for triboelectric energy harvesting research. In the past I've used a TDS3052 model. I would like to know whether I can use TBS1000C instead of TDS3052.

  • Using modes on the AFG31051

I am using the AFG31051. I am trying to access different run modes, in advanced mode on the function generator. The AFG is stuck on Continuous, and I want to use the other 3 modes (Sequence, triggered, gated). Is this a license issue? The license number we have is AFG3BW50

  • Electrometer Replacement

Hi, we are currently using precise electrometer model 6514, but thinking to buy a new model which has the capability to measure the voltage and current at higher input voltages around 3kV-5kV?

  • Measuring resistivity or conductivity for pellets

I need to find a system that measures resistivity or conductivity for pellets, like a four points probe system.

  • Error message on MSO64

I have MSO64, 2.5GHz, 4channel 25 GS/s. When I turn it ON, it shows the following message: "The Oscilloscope was unable to completely restore the state, although as many settings as possible have been restored. Possible reasons included * A probe or other accessory has been attached or removed * An option license has expired" In few seconds, it turns OFF by itself.

What software is recommended for the FCA3120 ? It appears that the SIGEXPTE is no longer available.

  • Need Hall Effect probes

I am looking for high current AC/DC hall effect probes that are compatible with oscilloscopes. Our required current is 2000 to 5000 A. However, I could not find any AC/DC probes which is fit to our requirement. I will appreciate it if you could prove me with more information about those.

  • Channel A, Current Offset on 2636B

Channel A has a +22.3uA offset in open circuit. Channel B has a <0.1pA reading in open circuit. Sources are set to zero. The channel A offset persists when connected to a 6220 precision current source while Channel B reads the same as the current source. I tried a factory reset, but that didn't change anything.
