RE: CT-1 Calibration?
Hello,
We recommend a performance verification (check to spec's) once a year, but that is up to the customers and their use case. Sorry we do not have a customer available Performance procedure for the CT1, just the information in the user manual (specifications, Introduction, operation).
https://www.tek.com/en/current-probe-manual/ct-1-and-ct-2
For internal (if the unit is sent in for PV) we have a custom (not available) current fixture to produce the current and check the CT-1. For repair or calibration contact, information is below.

RE: Calibrating P7700 probes
Hello,
Yes, the user manual has customer available information.
To check on your own there are a few things. First is the DC compensation in the user manual link below. Next would be the Functional check and calibration page 21 same manual.
https://www.tek.com/manual/low-voltage-differential-probe/p7700-series-differential-probe-low-voltage-071342105
Next could be the P77DESKEW manual link below.
https://www.tek.com/manual/p77deskewOf course you can always send the P7700 Series into our factory service for calibration.
You can ask for data also.

RE: TPA-BNC Calibration
Hello Anthony,
We recommend once a year verification, but that is up to the customers and their use case. The TPA-BNC is only a Functional Verification. -
RE: 2657A Cabling/Connectors
If you already have a HV-CA-554 or HV-CA-571, it is really hard to connect them to a standard Coax connector like SHV connector. HV-CA-554 and HV-CA-571 are Keithley specific cables and connectors for only 2657A. If you have SHV-CA-553, then it is easier to connect the 2657A to the standard SHV connector, because it is terminated on one side by HV-CA-554 like and the other side by SHV standard.
I suggest the SHV-CA-553.
Link below for specifications:
https://www.tek.com/en/manual/model-shv-ca-553-high-voltage-triaxial-shv-cable-information-sheet-manualHave you considered the 8010 High Power Device test fixture? The diagram from the user manual shows how this test fixture can be connected to the 2657 SMU.
Link below for for 8010 manual.

RE: C#.NET software driver used with TBS1064 - Compatible w/ TBS2204B??
Hello
It is unlikely that the TBS1000 drivers will work with a TBS2000B. We do not have these drivers available for the TBS2000B series of scopes.
