Unforuntately the RMU2U is an obsolete product. However, you could consider using commonly available universal shelf rack kits.

The main instrument (2790 SourceMeter Air Bag Test System) is actually still available. However, the 2790-HH model is obsolete. Instead, the available model options are below. There is no longer an option that comes with two modules. They only come with one module, so a second module would need to be added to the quote.

The most direct comparison would be a TCP312A with a TCPA300 amplifier.

To reset the LXI password, you can run the LAN reset. This will set the password back to the default empty string. To run LAN reset, open Utility > I/O and select the LAN reset button. You can do this over e*Scope or manually.

It sounds like a default setup may have cleared the 100x attenuation set for the channel. To reconfigure the channel to reflect the external attenuation do the following. Open the channel menu > probe menu > press attenuation until it shows 100x.

The P5200A and TRCP series of probes do not feature ways of communicating with the oscilloscope. For both of these probes you will need to manually configure the channel. These settings can be found by opening the channel menu and going to other. Both probes attenuation can be found in their datasheets.
