I am receiving a 'Timeout Error' on my 2024C. I am currently connecting the unit via USB to his MAC, which is running Parallels and connecting to a remote desktop with TekScope. I can see the unit on the remote desk, but when I try to connect to TekScope, I receive a timeout error. I have the most recent version of the unit's firmware and am wondering if this is a problem with the Parallels remote desktop?

Does the DSA71254C and Windows 7 allow a 3rd application to be added called Powerlight . I tried this application and now it's reading Error and the DSA is turning on and off.
I added the 3rd party application to the DSA because of not turning off because of a poweroutage. I also added a UPS Powersupply so if a poweroutage were to happen it wouldn't be a problem for the DSA71254C.

I already three DC Power Supplies(2230-30-1).
In my case, I bought the power supplies in South Korea but I moved the supplies from South Korea to USA.
So, I changed fuse (6.3A, 260V).
However, the power supplies do not turn on....

Do you have any ideas as to what the problem may be?

I have an issue I am experiencing while using my TDS2004B with TekVISA. Even with the most recent firmware/software installed, the equipment is no longer identified by TekVISA when I switch to a new computer. I has no idea why this is happening because both computers have the same operating system and are linked to the same internet. Can you provide any ideas on how to troubleshoot?

We have a Tektronix MS058 just recently calibrated. We want to upgrade the firmware from version 1.2 to 1.8 so we can connect it to ethernet. Does the calibration will be affected if we do this upgrade?

Is the SignalVu software compatible with Windows 11? I need to update my computer but don't want it affecting the compatibility with SignalVu software.
