The Password has been set and we do not know what it is. What can we do to reset the unit (and password)?

I need an admin password to reset lockout of forgotten password.

Can you provide the memory documents/letters of volatility. Need to understand the DPO7104C memory ie. Volitile/non-volitile/hard drive/ssd/sd card/n/a. for declassification purposes.

Do you have recommendations on similar units to the 197A. I would like to replace my unit but it is obsolete, so I'd like something similar in terms of specifications. I have a MDO4104C with the "4MSO" option, can you tell me what this option is and is there a newer option without a spectrum analyzer built-in?

I need manual, user guide, data sheet, GUI and software and drivers associated with this instrument.

I would like to know if there are any adverse affects of operating the probe tip at -10C or even -20C. The specs have a lower limit of 0C operational. Does going below the lower limit damage the product or reduce the measurement accuracy?
