I'm having problems with Channel A supplying more current than I am requesting on my 2602. For example, I have a 1k resistor between pins one and four in the back of the unit and has it supplying 0.1 mA, but the results are showing 0.937 mA. I have tested this on Channel B with no problems, along with my other 2602's (B versions), which have no problems on either channel. Do you know what could be causing this problem?

I need help with changing the output voltages on my 5054. I was using the device to transmit a 2 V (TTL) auxiliary output to a camera, and am now trying to change that value to 5 V. I can't seem to figure out where to go.

Does the 2230-30-1 came with a certificate of calibration when purchased, and if not, how would I go about receiving this information?

After upgrading his TBS1064 to the TBS2000B, I am having trouble while capturing. When capturing a trigger on the newer unit, I set the trigger to 500 ms for each square. When I did this on the TBS1064, the unit would only save about 6 seconds, which was the size of the screen. Now, on the 2000B, he says it saves minutes' worth of data, which he claims is far too much.

Can I change this?

Is it possible to export measurements from my TPS2014? I see on the menu that there is an option to save a screenshot, but I would prefer a 'CSV'-type file with the actual numerical measurements that I could then view on a spreadsheet. I am currently capturing Voltage and Current measurements (Point to Point), both being on separate channels. Can you help?

I want to capture and collect up to 1000 Waveforms after each individual trigger, and am trying to figure out the best way to do this. I currently use Openchoice but since I am more familiar with MATLAB, I wonder if there is an update to get the MSO58 working with the software. Is MATLAB compatible with the MSO58? If not, please explain how I can perform this process in Openchoice.

Hello, how can I log data from my oscilloscope onto an external hard disk, or a computer? I would like to record a signal overnight or an extended period of time.

Is the MSO58 capable of capturing as low as 1 kHz?

I am trying to figure out how to save a screen capture on every trigger. Is this possible on the MSO56? I see comments online about it in the Acquisition menu, but do not see anything obvious to save the captures.
