My scope used to work correctly for LXI however, it has stopped resolving correct IP address for LXI to work. I just cannot connect to the LXI interface either from internal or external network. Reboot doesn't help, same lan cable is OK with other devices. Please help.

We recently purchased a new MSO54B 5 series oscilloscope. I can see the option 5-PWR for power swithching loss (MOSFET) analysis installed in the scope, however I do not see the green small checkmark. I am trying to find the .lic key online for 5-PWR for the 5 series MSO54B. I was able to download and install the free DMM .lic file after registering , the DMM works. I need to do some switching loss MOSFET measurement and I cannot find 5-PWR option anywhere. I see SUP5-PWR and was not able to get a 30 day eval .lic file for SUP5-PWR. Also, I get error message on the Tektronix website and I am not sure option 5-PWR is even listed on the website.
Is there a user manual pdf or app note on 5-PWR. Interested mainly in switching loss measurement, I have a current probe and also ISOVU optical probe on the gate and also on Drain Source. I just am looking for a temporary 30 day license file to try the 5-PWR power analysis option. I already emailed buy@tek.com for prices (for 1 year and also perpetual).

I am trying to control a Tektronix MSO46 using the USB socket with my computer. Am using NIMax as the software interface and it does not recognize the MSO46 when it is plugged into the USB port. The computer is running Win 10 and we are using the on board USB socket to interface to the MSO46. Is there a driver I need to download to make NI Max communicate with the MSO46?

I'm trying to communicate with Tek MSO5204 scope via USB connection on rear. I am not seeing Scope on NI max like usual. Scope keeps saying unable to communicate the VXI-11 Server.

Hello! We have 4 DPO7500 scopes that can measure up to 50GHz. We are having a problem where the scope will not trigger correctly past 28GHz. We are sending a simple signal: 1 us pulse width and period of 2 us. When we bring down the frequency inside the pulse the scope does fine, but past 28GHz it begins to fail. Why is this happening?

We currently have older version of AFGs (AFG3102 and AFG3102C), and we've been synchronizing multiple AFGs to achieve synchronized output signals.
Can the newer AFG31102 and AFG31052 be synchronized with the older AFGs?

Will the TRCP3000 Current Probe be able to wrap around larger test points such as Bus Bars?

I followed the instructions attached to the product, but only found that the waves on the oscilloscope remained unchanged when testing for current value ( it jumps up and down when starting/ending the power).

When I plug my TPR1000 into my DPO4104, I get a warning message about probe incompatibility.
What are the limitations of this probe with this scope?
Part of the message says there may be firmware available. True?

I'm looking to setup a long time 24+ hr collection of some signals from some custom hardware. I would like the channel data just to be logged to a USB hard drive. Is that possible? What is the format?

Or do I have to connect a PC and log the data with a python script or app?
