The frequency measurement algorithm displays the first complete cycle in the record. You can also use cursors to measure the exact cycle you want measured.

Please check the time in Windows on the scope is set correctly.
Please check the clock on the scope UI to see if it matches the time in Windows on the scope.
1. Set the time in Windows so that it is correct.
2. In the scope go to Utilities -> Set Time and Date…
3. In the Set Time and Date Pane click the “Get date and time” button then click the “Set time and date now” button.
4. Restart the scope -

RE: TDS2022 Firmware Upgrade
The TDS2022 did not have customer upgradable firmware. You can create an RMA for calibration and state you need the firmware updated and Tektronix can do that during calibration at our factory service center, see contact information below:
