RE: Scope to Replace TDS6604
Thanks for contacting us,
It sounds like an MSO64B would be a good fit for these test requirements: https://www.tek.com/en/products/oscilloscopes/6-series-mso It does display an acquisition count so you can determine how many times the scope has triggered and you can also use features like the History Mode or Fast Frame segmented memory as well as more in depth programmatic control to have a good idea of what's going on each time it triggers. Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions or if you would like me to get you in touch with your account manager for sales details.

RE: Issue with Scope interface
Could you try connecting to the following page? http://10.0.0.8/Tektronix/#/client/c/Tek%20e*Scope
If that does not work have you tried restarting the MSO54, then reconnecting?
Finally, have you successfully used e*Scope in the past? -

RE: Issue with Blue Screen on TDS 2024C Scope
I would assume there is a board problem, or loose cable or, the screen being blue then blank gives some indication the screen is working some.

RE: Request for Schematic for DPO7254 Unit
Thank you for you interest. Unfortunately, we do not offer schematics for the DPO7000 series as only modular repair is available and we do not go down to the component level. If you would like more information on the parts for this series, please check this link: https://www.tek.com/en/oscilloscope/dpo70000-mso70000-manual-6.

RE: Radio Frequency
Helllo. I advise that you will likely need an amplifier since there aren't going to be any RF siggens that meet that high output power requirement.
