The TBS1000B series was directly replaced by the TBS1000C series. The newer scopes have an improved UI and some additional features, but will certainly meet or exceed all of the specs that the B model had. You will want to order part number 196352101. This is the latest and most current version of the alligator lead.

The best replacement for this older scope would be the MDO34 with 3-BW-500 (500MHz BW). The 3 Series MDO is the replacement for the TDS3000 Series. It offers many useful new features that can be found in the Product Comparison Fact sheet, which I have linked below.

The new TPP0500B has a newer probe cable that improves the durability of the probe and the probe tips are different. The electrical and mechanical specifications are the same.

The accessories are also the same for the two probes.

013-0362-01 will work with both the TPP0500 and TPP0500B.

013-0707-08 is not compatible with the either. Those are more commonly used with older generation probes such as the P6139A.

Although the UI could use a better designation for it, it looks like what is being indicated is the end of the maintenance license rather than the software bundle license. You will still be able to use the scope and all of its current features indefinitely but in order to get new features and updates you may need to purchase a maintenance license after the expiration date listed.
