The TCP0030A accuracy specs are as follows:
Accuracy, typical
DC: ±1% of readingDC to 60 Hz, ≤5 A: ±1%
60 Hz – 5 kHz, ≤5 A: ±1.5%
DC – 5 kHz, >5 A: ±1.5%
The % of reading implies an accuracy within a percentage of the measured value. For example, a DC signal at 1A would have a +- 1% accuracy, meaning it would be accurate within 10mA. That implies a range of 990mA to 1010mA for the true signal value. A 1A signal at 1kHz would have 1.5% accuracy, implying a range from 985mA to 1015mA.

RE: Accessory probe kit for DSA71254C?
Hello,
The DSA71254C scope does not include probes. Probes are seperate and selected at or after time of purchase. Any replacement parts for the probes would be found in the user manual for the specific probe.

RE: P6139B or TPP0200?
Hello,
There will likely not be a large change in observed rise time using a 100MHz scope, since the scope is the limiting factor. The scope rise time should be around 3.5ns, while the TPP0200 probe is specified at 2.3ns typical.
The TPP0200 has 12pF input C, while the P6139B has 8pF. Depending on your system that may have a slight impact as well.

Hello,
AC coupling is not available for triggering on those two models. Low Frequency Reject would be the closest option with these two scopes. The cutoff frequency for LF Rejection is 65kHz.
