You can upgrade your DPO73304DX to windows 10 by ordering part DPO7SSD-W10. The drive is user installable but there are two different but the exact option will depend on whether your scope is using the motherboard supporting the IntelCore 2 (M566) or the IntelCore i7 (M581) CPU, you can verify this by checking the system information within Windows on the scope or referring to the attached image to identify the I/O shield of the motherboard. When you are ready you can order the part directly from buy@tektronix.com

Hello,
USB 3.2 is backwards compatible, so that is unlikely the issue. Check that the file system is formatted to FAT32. To do this, plug the USB into your computer, right click on the drive and select Properties.

RE: 2400 can't be identified in KickStart
Hello,
It's likely that you have your 2400 set to RS-232 remote interface and not GPIB. Once you set the remote interface to GPIB, KickStart should be able to detect the 2400. See page 36 of this manual: https://download.tek.com/manual/2400S-900-01_K-Sep2011_User.pdf

RE: THP0301-B Type Of Probe

RE: TBS1000 Series Trouble saving via USB
Hello,
Make sure that the USB is formatted with the FAT32 File System. This scope should not have any issues with a USB 3.0 flash drive.
