RE: Capture & Store Data on TBS2102
I understand you are looking to capture an acquisition of approximately 30 minutes (1800 seconds) using the TBS2102. Unfortunately, this scope only supports up to 100 seconds per division, so times 15 horizontal divisions this gives you up to 1500 seconds in an acquisition.
There might be other options depending on what you are doing. Do you need raw waveform data for 1800 seconds? Or can you data-log an automated measurement (Amplitude or Frequency, for example) say once per second for the 30 minutes duration?

RE: Cant turn on DPO72304SX
I understand that you're seeing that the SX won't power up after it lost power while running. Here's what you do: remove the cord/power source and let capacitors discharge. This could take sometimes more than an hour. Then power back up, and it should work. We've seen this solution work for other customers.

RE: Can't programmaticaly set Edge Trigger on MDO3014
Looks like the Labview vi is not setting trigger to "NORM" and so goes into an untriggered roll mode.

RE: Can't mount network drive on MSO64
We use SMBv2 for our network connections, so you might need to make sure it is enabled on the shared drive. That might be the issue.

RE: Can't get past opening screen - DPO2000B
Unfortunately, it looks like your scope needs to be sent in for repair. You can attempt to fix the issue by force installing the most recent firmware, but this is unlikely to help. If you want to try this, here is the link to the firmware page: https://www.tek.com/en/support/software/firmware/firmware-support-msodpo2000b-oscilloscopes-v156. To force install this firmware, create an empty file called "override.txt" on the USB flash drive in the root or topmost folder. This is to ensure the firmware installs even if the scope is currently on that version.
If force installing the firmware does not fix the issue, you can contact our service team by calling 1-800-833-9200 option 2 or by emailing rmarequest@tektronix.com.

RE: MDO3104 will not turn on
There could be a few possibilities. If just a software issue reloading or upgrading, the firmware could fix it. See link: https://www.tek.com/en/support/software/firmware/mdo3k-firmware-release-v130
If still not powering up the issue is most likely a hardware issue and a repair will be needed.
Our factory service team can help with that see contact information below. To set up a repair RMA (model and serial number)

RE: Cannot mount shared directory on MDO34
If you are using Network File System (NFS), note that the 3 series support NFS. However if it's Samba, it may not be supported.
