RE: RSA306B Trouble installing SignalVu
Hello,
SignalVu version 4.5 has not been qualified for the RSA306B. SignalVu version 4.1 is the latest version for the RSA306B: https://www.tek.com/en/support/software/application/signalvupc-vector-signal-analysis-software--v410022. Try installing this software onto your computer and let me know if you have any issues.

RE: DPO7254 Trigger Recording
Hi,
Unfortunately, the DPO7000 is an older instrument model that is not eligible to operate windows 10. It is possible to update the “relatively newer” DPO7000C model, but the non-letter DPO7000 model cannot.

RE: 5 Series MSO Trigger on Event
The "Act on Event" is standard on both the MSO 5 Series and MDO 4000 although the 5 Series won't support the options for "Mask Test Hit" and similar without option 5-MTM.

RE: DPO4104 Trigger Jitter
Hello,
I would suggest making sure you have the most recent firmware. Here is the latest version: https://www.tek.com/en/support/software/firmware/dpo4000-and-mso4000-firmware-v268. Once the scope has this firmware, you can check that it is working properly by hooking your probe to the Probe Comp on the scope.

RE: MDO4054-3 Trigger Events
Hello,
The best way to count the number of Triggers is to use an external Counter. To do this, push the Utility button and select Ext Signals under the Utility Page tab. Set the Aux Out tab to Main Trigger. This will supply a falling edge to the Aux Out connector on the back of the scope every time the scope triggers an acquisition.
If you do not have a Counter, you can use Act of Event to count the number times your scope triggers an acquisition. To do this, push Test and select Act on Event. Set the Event to Trigger, the Action to AUX OUT Pulse, and Repeat to infinity. This setup will count each time the scope triggers on a signal and show this number in the Repeat tab. The trade-off with this solution is that the acquisition rate is slowed down.

RE: RSA507A Trial Software
Hello,
You can generate a trail license for SV60 from the following web page under Options. If your RSA507A was not equipped with hardware option 04 at purchase you will be unable to use the tracking generator.

RE: MSO46 Transferring data is incredibly slow
Hello,
Take a look at mounting a network drive onto your scope. This will allow you to share a directory from your computer to your scope. With this, you can save data files to the directory on the scope and have them populate on your computer. If you have your data saved into a folder on the scope, you can copy that folder into the shared directory and it will upload to your computer.
You can find information on how to mount a network drive to a standard instrument on page 95 of the user manual: https://www.tek.com/en/manual/oscilloscope/456-series-mso-5-series-mso. Check and see what firmware is currently installed on your scope. There is a minimum firmware version needed to be able to mount a drive.
Note that beneath the instructions to mount the drive, you will find instructions on how to mount a TekDrive on the instrument. TekDrive is a paid option that is similar to mounting a network drive, but will save the data to the cloud instead.

Hi,
Yes, that combination should work fine with the MDO4054C.

RE: TLP058 Compatibility with DPO 4000 Series
Hi,
Unfortunately no, the TLP058 is only compatible with our latest 4/5/6 Series MSO scopes (requiring the FlexChannel Inputs). There aren't any logic probes available for the DPO4000 Series scope.
