I believe you are looking for the insulator sleeve, part number 204-1226-01. This can be seen in the user manual under Replacing the Probe Tip: https://www.tek.com/en/passive-probe-manual/p6139b-p5050b. Take a look at the image in the user manual and let me know if this is not the correct part.

The 4, 5, and 6 Series scopes all feature built in measurements to perform bode plots. The measurement is labeled as frequency response analysis.

We recommend the MDO3 Series as a replacement to the TDS3000 Series.

This message usually appears when the scope is turned off with probes still plugged in and then the probes are removed before being the scope is turned on again. The scope will always attempt to recall the last setup, including probe setup information.

For the last part of your request, I am assuming that the message goes away after a few seconds and the scope stays on.

The soft case that is recommended for this product is no longer available. There is not a direct replacement for this product, but there is a similarly sized soft case that might work for you. This case is a little bigger than the other case and does not have the foam inserts that are in the other case.

For Hall Effect probes, the highest we have is 500A RMS (750A Peak) with the TCP404XL: https://www.tek.com/en/datasheet/ac-dc-current-measurement-systems
