Unfortunately the P6015 used Freon as fluid which is now illegal and hasn't been available for years. The newer generation P6015A probe uses a die-electric gel but it's not possible to use this gel on the older P6015 probe.

It's unlikely you'll be able to upgrade unless you're still in the return period. You can put 2 or 3 of these units in parallel which would solve your problem. You'd need to purchase a 2260-006 cable to put 2 in parallel or a 2260-007 cable to put 3 in parallel.

The USB port might have been disabled. You can check this by selecting Utility and then I/O. Go to the USB Device Port page of the menu and make sure it is turned on. If it is already on, try toggling it off and then back on.

When we have seen issues like this previously when the drive is not in FAT32 format. Please ensure that the drive is formatted with FAT32.
